In 14 European countries, pilot projects are being carried out to replace printed package leaflets for medicinal products with digital ones in clinical care. This demonstrates that clinical care is not impaired by this change.

The “hospital pilot” subproject of the diGItal project examines whether these results can be transferred to the German healthcare setting. The pilot projects in all EU countries are carried out with the support of the EU Commission as well as the nationally responsible ministries and authorities.
